Stuart has over 40 years experience in civil and structural engineering, in both private and government positions in Australia. His experience covers consulting design, construction supervision and project management capacities in civil, transport, residential, and commercial infrastructure. He has travelled through Africa, Asia, the Americas and Europe, and when not teaching he continues to practice in land development.
